One page scrolling header offset not working

Hello,

I observe the same issue as described in this tread https://siteorigin.com/thread/one-page-scrolling-not-working-on-chrome/

I followed the recommended steps, but error persits.

I’d be much obliged if you could have a look at this issue.

    I found out that the more widgets are inserted between header and anchor (#), the earlier stops the scrolling.

    What you’re experiencing is an issue occurring as a result of the smooth scroll on your website not being able to factor in height changes of elements of your page after load. The smooth scroll on your website looks to be added by your theme so you’ll need to reach out to them for assistance with this issue. Alternatively, you can prevent this from occurring by using a smooth scrolling plugin that accounts for this sort of thing – like Page scroll to id.
