One page scroll speed on North theme

Hello guys,

I am building my 1st site with the North theme. It’s a very nice theme. I saw your “one page website” tutorial on youtube and i like the simplicity and the way it works.

I managed to make it work on this site: http://195.22.100.25/~primetest/
The menutab “Uitvoer” on the upper right, when you click on it, it scrolls in a nice motion to the targeted area.
However when you click the menutab on mobile, it jumps instantly to the targeted area, you dont see the scrolling down, and then you miss the whole one page effect.

The same goes when you click on the button(called “menukaart”) over the large hero image, it also jumps instantly to the area, so you dont see the scrolling, which is less good looking.

Is this somehow fixable?
