Hi,
Using cyberchimps Blox Pro theme building a wordpress site. I have disabled all other plugins but using the text editor or visual editor Page Builder doesn’t seem to save anything.
thank you
Ian

Hi Ian. Is your CyberChimps theme fully updated? There was a conflict between PB and their themes but I believe they resolved it.

Hi Andrew, Yes my Blox Pro theme is fully updated. Maybe it’s not resolved on their end?

To confirm that it’s the theme please disable all plugins except Page Builder then open a page and click over to the Page Builder tab and open your browser’s developer tool and click over to the console. Please paste here what you see there. In the case of Chrome this is where you’re heading:

Thanks for the responses. here is what Chrome said

Consider using ‘dppx’ units instead of ‘dpi’, as in CSS ‘dpi’ means dots-per-CSS-inch, not dots-per-physical-inch, so does not correspond to the actual ‘dpi’ of a screen. In media query expression: only screen and (-webkit-min-device-pixel-ratio: 2), only screen and (min-resolution: 144dpi) post-new.php?post_type=page:1

Ian I believe those last two are the CyberChimps issue we looked at last time:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function meta-box.min.js:1
Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function meta-box.min.js:1

Can you open a ticket on their side please?

My feedback on this same topic to another client on the 30th was:

There is a conflict between meta-box.min.js and Page Builder. There is an update pending for CyberChimps, please try updating it and see if it resolves. If it does not this is something CyberChimps will need to resolve.
