Not Update SiteOrigin

Hello,

I recently bought a theme in which SiteOrigin plugin is installed by default. I don’t want this plugin to be updated, but the plugin is usually updated automatically. This plugin doesn’t appear in the “Plugins” section in WP Admin. Can you help me? I just want to block any automatic update of SiteOrigin. Thank you!

    Hi Pablo,

    That’s odd. What theme are you using? I ask because we’re not too sure how that theme would have included our plugin so we’ll need to take a closer look at the code of that theme to know if this is possible.

    Thanks for you response. This is the theme I’m using: https://themeforest.net/item/myticket-ticketevent-management-system-wordpress-theme/20099805. It’s named MyTicket. If you can help me, I’ll really appreciate it.

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at how your website/theme is setup?
