I’m working on modifying a commercial third party theme and downloaded Page Builder to help. I don’t see the tab that is supposed to show up in the dashboard, only Screen Options and Help. What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mtmvintageguy :)
Head over to Settings > Page Builder and ensure Page Builder is enabled for the post type you’re working on. Be it Posts, Pages or a custom post type.
If Page Builder is loading below the Visual editor and not appearing as a tab next to Visual/Text then you have a plugin conflict on your hands. If that’s the case, see my instructions below.
If this is the case:
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
Thanks Andrew. Including the new Page Builder plug-in I only had nine. I've deactivated all but Page Builder and applied the change, but do not see the tab. Should it show up on all the dashboard categories on the left control column of WP? I've attached a screenshot of what I am seeing.
Regards, MTMvintageguy
Thanks for the update. We’ve got a nice update to SiteOrigin.com and the forums on the way really soon. It’ll make it much easier to send us screenshots. For now you aren’t able to email images.
The Page Builder tab will only appear when editing a post or page. It shows up next to the Visual and Text tabs.
