    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Kim,

Please open the SiteOrigin hero widget on your home page and open the Design and Layout settings group. Please enable Use FitText and set the FitText Compressor to 1. How does that look?

    Hi Alex,

If I do that it adjust the text only, not the image size – I just tried it

In the home page I am using the image in the site hero widget
In the category part under blog I am using them in the row itself.

Is there a way to add a CSS or any other option for this?

    Thanks,
    Kim

    Hi Kim,

In addition to the above (as that has definitely helped), you should reduce the padding being applied (ideally, I would use a percentage based padding so it’s bigger on desktop and smaller on mobile devices).

The hero widget is only as responsive as the contents and settings allow for it to be. Unfortunately, CSS backgrounds must maintain the height of the area they’re applied too which is why you need to be careful with the settings you’re using and the amount of content you’re adding to the hero widget. Ideally, I would also recommend reducing the amount of text present.
