No Widget Overlay Not Working Since Upgrade

I Just updated my WordPress and all my plugins and although the No Widget Overlay button is ticked in theme settings, my header widget which displays my social media icons and my sub menu is over laying the logo in the header? Is there anything I can do to fix this please? Any Code or something?

    Strangely enough, for me the shop page is working properly while your home page has the widget overlay problem.

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
