No thumbnail images in SiteOrigin Post Carousel

Hi there,

I am administrating http://btsmechexports.com/ for my client and I installed the SiteOrigin Post Carousel on the site’s homepage to fetch products from WP-Catalogue. While the products are fetched, the product images are not fetched. There is no ‘featured image’ for the products.

The thumbnail images don’t show in Preview too.

Can you help me fix this?

    Hi Malcolm

    If WP Catalogue is adding a custom post type then the SO Carousel widget can fetch those posts, as you’ve seen. Unfortunately, without a featured image the widget won’t be able to find an image. You could chat to the plugin developers and see if they can assist with activating featured images for that post type.

    Got it, thanks Andrew, I’ll check with the WP Catalog developer to see if there can be anything done to resolve the issue I am facing.
