No support replies

I have a business license and I haven’t had any replies from support since October 5th. I am not even getting the auto-verification email that support requests have been received, which I normally always do. I don’t have any email address other than the support@ address to try to contact, so I am posting here.

    Just checked – the last email we have from you is from the 6th. :(

    Are you emailing from Gmail or an email client? If an email client, can you try Gmail?
    Could you try a different email?

    Ok, I will do both. I have never had an issue with anyone receiving my email because I am using Mac mail though. And some emails were sent through the Gmail app on my phone as well. There have been about 6 unanswered emails that never got a confirmation email back, and they came from varying scenarios. Phone, Apple Mail, Gmail.
