Hi,
I’ve tried disabling all other plugins besides Site Origins Widgets, but page builder tab never shows up in the editor. I emptied the cache as well.
I’m using the Boemia theme by yithemes.
Is there anything I can do to make it compatible?
Hi CafeNamaste
Thanks for your question.
Have you tried testing with all non-SiteOrigin plugins deactivated and a default theme like Twenty Fifteen activated?
(Put another way, have you confirmed the theme you’re using is the challenge?)
Yeah, I just tried it again.
Disabled all but Site Origins plugins, switched to Twenty Fifteen theme. Even tried a different browser. Still no Page Builder tab…?
Thanks for the long wait. With a default theme activated and no other plugins activated, Page Builder should be working correctly. Steps to try next would be to:
1. Delete and reinstall Page Builder.
2. Update WordPress manually: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-using-ftp/
Thanks for getting back. I actually solved it by already doing what you suggested. It seems to be working great now. Thanks!
Apologies for the delay. That’s great news. We’re really glad to hear you’re up and running again. If anything else comes up, let us know.
All the best with your website.
