No image in post carousel

The IH Recent Posts with Thumbnails widget will show the featured image of a post. However, the SiteOrigin Post Carousel is not for the same posts. Any ideas how to overcome this? I’d really like to get the carousel working since I can select which categories to put in the widget unlike the Recent Posts.

    The default view for the SiteOrigin Post Carousel is the Featured Image above the post title. I can see on your page that you are currently using the theme carousel. Could you please switch to the SiteOrigin one and we will have a look to see what might be going wrong.

    Hi Hopemarshall

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
