No heading/paragraph toolbar on Visual Editor

When I go to Visual Editor there is only the top toolbar with bold, italic buttons etc. No second toolbar underneath with paragraph, fonts buttons etc. How can I fix this please? I have these plugins installed:

All in one seo pack
Black studio tinymce widget
Contact form 7
Easy google fonts
Lightbox plus colorbox
Page builder by siteorigin
Si capcha anti spam
Site origin wigets bundle
Spacer
Title remover

    Contact Form 7 was the issue for me – just decided to remove the single form from site.

    In the top row of the Visual Editor buttons there should be a button with a tooltip of ‘Toggle Toolbar’. It is usually the last button on the bar. Please try clicking on this button and see if the toolbar appears.
