New user, can’t seem to find the option to add a custom background

Whenever I go to the customize panel, there’s nothing there about adding a custom background

Thanks for running Vantage.
If you set Appearance > Theme Settings > Layout > Layout Bound to Boxed a Background option will appear under Appearance and in the Customizer. Further background options for the full width layout (header, page and footer) are available in Vantage Premium. To review that offering please head to Appearance > Premium Upgrade.
