New Thread and Footer Widget not responding

I´m Triying to Select the theme (Vantage) but it (new thread format) doesnt allow me to pick any option, anyway I will leave my thread:

For some reason when I make a parent page, the image on my footer widget lose his track and it is not shown, how can I solve this???
