    One possibility here is that NetBase are doing some sort of optimization and only loading their widget code when in the standard WordPress widget areas, or when they’re detected in one of the sidebars.

    It’s probably worth reporting it to them and asking if they have any ideas. If they are doing this optimization, perhaps they can check for Page Builder too.
