I am the current student president of a organization and i am trying to log into the site origin but the username the previous president gave me is incorrect. how do I get a new username and password to update my website. Its frustrating not being able to call support.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to assist you with this issue directly as we don’t have the sort of access to your website that allows for this. Your best bet would be to try and reset the password through the Forgotten Password interface or if that’s not possible, manually reset the password through the database. Sorry mate. :(
Your hosting provider should be able to assist with the latter method.
i have tried both doesnt work.
Site origin created the website how are they not able to reset passwords??

For security reasons, we don’t have that sort of access to websites that use our products. Your best bet would be to get in contact with your hosting provider about this. Please note that we didn’t create your website, we created the tools your website uses to create its pages.
