My video in the SiteOrigin Hero is not showing

I have added a video to my SiteOrigin Hero Widget as a banner on top of a landing page and it keeps disappearing. It seems like it only want a background image. I’ve lowered the opacity to 0% but only the background color wants to stay on the banner.

How do I make the background video stay in the banner?
