My Purchase

I purchased a premium theme from this company online.

1. The purchase process didn’t acknowledge the purchase was completed the first time.
2. This means I paid for the same item twice as it didn’t state the checkout was complete on the first purchase so I processed the purchase again.
3. It did the same thing, not acknowledging the purchase.
4. Payment have been taken from my account for 2 purchases.
5. Also site origin said that they emailed me the theme upgrade and I have not got it.

Transactions

1. Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID 9EM07888MC1248933)
2. Web Accept Payment Sent (Unique Transaction ID 2H623586DG546181S)

I have tried to down load an update via my account in WP. This keeps producing this message.
