My last question is in a way solved

8 years ago · Last reply by Alex S 8 years ago

While I was reading the other questions, I discovered that I have a plugin conflict too. Also with the plugin Woo Product Multi Layout.

I have deactivated that plugin and now I can work with Custom CSS again.

Thanks,
Monique

Preface: This reply was incorrectly posted to the wrong thread. It doesn’t not provide assistance with this issue.

    Hi Monique,

Vantage adds the following image sizes:

    vantage-thumbnail-no-sidebar
vantage-slide (post loop widget with slide selected)
vantage-carousel (vantage carousel or post loop widget with carousel selected)
vantage-grid-loop (blog template, or post loop widget with carousel seelcted)

The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle adds the following image size:

sow-carousel-default (used for the carousel widget)

You can manage these by using Simple Image Sizes. Once installed, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsMedia.

    Hi Alex,

Thank you for your answer. The problem is Woo Multi Lay Out in combination with your great CSS plugin.

I installed the plugin Simple Image Sizes, but the problem is still there.
I can stil not open the visual editor in Custom CSS.

I am curious to your answer.

    Thank you very much!
    Monique

    Hi Monique,

Awkwardly, that reply was meant for a different thread – sorry about that!

To clarify, after you disabled Woo Multi Lay Out were you able to access the visual editor? If not, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
