Mutliple H1 headers causing conflict with blog

Hi guys,

I hope you are well? I wondered if you could help. I have a premium theme and a blog. Each of my blog posts of course has a H1 header (and rightly so) but when they are all collated together on the main ‘blog’ page it of course shows as multiple H1 headers. Does anyone have any suggestions how to avoid multiple h1 headers on the main blog feed please?

My blog is https://duncanstevens.com/blog

    Hi Duncan

    Thanks for reaching out.

When able, please, try reaching out to your theme author. The tag change will need to be made within your theme PHP files. There might also need to be a styling adjustment made to ensure the h2 or h3 tags, whatever they are changed to, has the same styling as the h1 tags do now. Ideally, the author should make this change via an update for all users. If not, you’ll need to make this change via a child theme. It’s a slightly technical task that a developer can assist with if you get stuck.
