I want to color some items of the main menu individually.
I have tried combining some code from other posts and came up with
.main-navigation ul li.page-item-26 > a {
background-color: #5d7ee7;
}
which has no effect. Where’s the mistake? Thanks!
It might be necessary to add an !important after that hex color. Can you try:
.main-navigation ul li.page-item-26 > a { background-color: #5d7ee7 !important; }Yep!
