Multiple loading of same page when opened

I have a pagebuilder page where I insert a few records into my sql database based on user input into a form on the page. Based on the input I am supposed to insert 5 records but I see three sets of the same five records being inserted. Upon debugging using a session variable which I increment on every load, I say the page is loading three times. Any clues?

    Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
