Move hero Image to top of page behind matsterhead

Good day

I am using the vantage premium theme and loving it.

I would like to
1. Move my hero image to the opt of the page behind masterhead image (I am not using a menu as yet)
2. Add a transparency to my masterhead background

    Unfortunately this isn’t possible with the current version of Vantage. One option would be to have this custom coded. If you decide to go this route, you could try something like Codeable.
