Moesia Page Builder in Dashboard??

I am currently using Moesia on two websites (different hosts). One website is working perfectly. The second is not. No matter what I do, I cannot get the Services, Testimonials, employees, etc. Tabs to appear in the Dashoboard menu. I know they’re supposed to because they do on my first site. I cannot complete the home page because of this. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, deactivating other plugins, settings, etc…I don’t know what else to do. Can someone help me?
