I had to reset the credentials as I didn’t realize that it would post directly to the forum.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi, thanks for the details.

It’ll be best to reach out to theme support. You’re using a premium theme so it’s worth making use of the support that comes with that.

Here is an example of what would need to be looked at. The line: US Silver Scrap prices decline tracking the down trend in COMEX Silver.

That line is overlapping on mobile because in Custom CSS you have a rule:

    p { line-height: 0px }

However, if you remove that, in Theme Settings somewhere you’re still adding line-height 0px to the body tag.

Both would need to be addressed, both items above are within theme support scope.

Hope that helps. If something comes up that is within Page Builder’s support scope, we’re happy to lend a hand.

    Hi Andrew,

I reached out to the theme support and they helped me remove the line 0 rule from everywhere but that didn’t work at all, in fact it created a whole bunch of space in between lines in between. I’m not too sure about this, but could this be relating to the columns used to build my page? Please see if you can further look into this and try to getting the text to wrap correctly or somehow reduce in size so the content can fit comfortably while in any screen size.

Please let me know if you need my site credentials I will provide it to you via email if need be.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the feedback.

We’re happy to take a look at any issues that directly relate to Page Builder. This issue here: https://imgur.com/snxg83H is caused by line-height: 0;. The cause is out of our control, it’s a theme and or custom CSS matter. In this case, the rule is being added to the body tag. If removing line-height: 0; is causing other issues then you’d need to remove the line-height: 0; using a media query so that it only impacts mobile or look at why the design is relying on this declaration. The issue shown in the screenshot link above isn’t a Page Builder issue. Here is that same section of the page but with line-height: 0; in the body tag disabled: https://imgur.com/cLkvSvo.

If there are other sections of the page you’d like us to take a look at and check whether a problem relates to Page Builder, please let us know :)

    Hi Andrew,

Ok I understand and will go ahead and remove the line-height: 0; tag from CSS and the body tag. That will bring me back to the theme people to fix my line height issue as it is 1.5 inch. Do you have a solution for that?

Thank you for all your help! ?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for your understanding. It’ll be best if you chat with theme support about theme related display issues. You’re using a premium theme, support is a big part of that offering. If we can assist with anything SiteOrigin related in the future, please let us know :)

    Hi Andrew,

Sorry to bother you again, without line-height: 0; below is how the page looks and it is very uneven. Lines don’t align on the same line.. The theme support just got back regarding the spacing saying that it is not the theme issue.. Please help me.

    Hi, I Work Here

If you show me the site without the line-height set to 0, I’d be happy to take a look at the area of the page that’s concerning you and let you know where the styles are originating from that is causing the problem.
