    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Valery

    Thanks for reaching out.

Please, let us know which theme or plugin you’re working with. If you could let us know details about the issue you’re facing we’d be happy to take a look and advise further.

    Hi,
The theme is Customify. We are facing severe issues with CLS and speed. I know that plug-ins and other things will affect speed, so I did clean those out. In addition, I converted all images to next generation formats. We would really like to keep your page builder. Does your page builder use a mobile optimized version? I know a lot of them have been converting over.
If not, are you guys planning to release one? The issues are so severe that my boss actually hired a developer to create a virtual lab to cross test these things. I don't know if you guys offer a paid version of your site builder, but if its mobile optimized and lightweight code that would help resolve these issues we would definitely look into purchasing it.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Valery

    Thanks for your feedback.

We offer SiteOrigin Premium which is a separate plugin that extends our free offerings. We’d be happy to investigate any issues you’ve encountered but would need specific feedback. For example, we improved the CLS score of the Post Carousel widget recently. If there is a specific Page Builder feature or a specific Widgets Bundle widget you’d like improved or adapted please, send feedback and we’ll advise from there.

    Hi, I Work Here

With regards to mobile optimization; mobile is considered as part of Page Builder and our Widgets Bundle widgets within each plugin. We can help address any SiteOrigin issues you’ve encountered but would need an example, something to investigate to get started. Thanks.

    Hi,

I can absolutely give you an example. I copied the information from Page
Speed Insight below. The company I’m working for is very committed to your page builder (to the point where they hired their own developer to try to deal with some of these issues- I’ve been working there for about a month so I’m not sure why they didn’t just reach out to you directly). The developer addressed the CLS issue, but the speed load time is really hurting the SEO (they lost all of their keywords, and it is a really big company). Is there anything we can do to speed this up? Even if we need to purchase something else from you, that’s more than fine (let me know what it is and how much), but I need to speed this up to get rid of the Google penalty.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Valery

    Thanks for the feedback.

Can you perhaps check our forum thread, the URL is Thread: Mobile Optimization. Has the information you’ve sent formatted as expected? The gist as I understand it is you’d like to work on “Consider reducing the time spent parsing, compiling and executing JS.” Has that been narrowed down to specifically SiteOrigin resources? If so, which resources?

    Hi, I Work Here

The feedback above is still rather broad. The page will most likely be loading assets other than those outputted by SiteOrigin. How optimization is handled will be up to the website in question. For example, using Autoptimize to concatenate, a separate caching plugin to cache, and then perhaps a CDN on top of that. If you can send a link to a page you’re working on we can assist further.

    Hi, I Work Here

A final follow-up in this thread. In the event you’d like private email support with a wider technical scope than our free support offering, please, consider a SiteOrigin Premium single site license. The cost is $29 a year, you can cancel the subscription at any time. Thanks.
