Mobile Menu on Iphone 5

The mobile menu seems to work fine when my Iphone 5 is horizontal, however when I try to open the menu vertically it does not open, can you advise?

    Sorry we missed this question, there was a bit of a problem with our prioritization system. We’ve fixed it now which has uncovered some threads we missed.

    Do you have a URL we can take a look at? We have tested it in horizontal orientation, but maybe there’s something specific to your installation that we can take a look at.
