Missing Widget Error

Hi,

I am using purify theme and When I try to edit the text section on homepage it shows me an error “The widget WP_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin. Post on the support forums if you need help.”

Whats that mean?

Please help?

Thanks,
Shaun

    Hi Shaun

This error means that the plugin that supports the Visual Editor widget isn’t activated or installed. If you go to Plugins you can check if Black Studio TinyMCE is installed and activated. If not, go to PluginsAdd New, search for Black Studio TinyMCE to install and activate it.

    Hi Shaun,

I also have this same issue that this plugin not available anymore. But when trying to add it again via the method you described above it does not install since it says the directory still excists in : /mnt/webw/e3/96/57152996/htdocs/WordPress_02/wp-content/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/. How can i access the area to remove this or do some kind of install -force?

    kind regards,
    Sebastiaan

    Hi Sebastiaan

Try logging into your server via FTP and deleting the black-studio-tinymce-widget folder found at /wp-content/plugins/ and then reinstall the plugin.
