Missing rows when editing Page Builder

After struggling to get a website to work properly using SSL (great guidance from Alex S), I started going through all the links to update to https://. All went well until I started to work on a page that currently displays seven rows, but when editing I can only access the top three. Any ideas?

Using WordPress 4.7.3 and Page Builder 2.4.25
