missing proceed to checkout buttons after installing siteorigin north child theme

Dear all,

I have just made a new north child theme, and all looks good until I tried proceeding to check out and found the missing buttons that are still found if parent theme ‘siteorigin north’ is used.

I believe the problem is my child theme, and I have not found an answer after spending many hours on the web trying to figure a solution out.
