    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gerry & Lloyd

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

Let us know how you get on

    Hi Magus

I’ve had a look between the 2 sites and the only real difference is the amount of pages and menu items there are..

The problem site only has 6 menu items, the working one has 11.. (some as sub menus)

Would this affect the mobile menu?

All my other settings on vantage appearance menus are identicle

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Gerry & Lloyd

The amount of menu items makes no difference. On my own site I have nearly 100 with submenu’s.

There do seem to be differences in the plugins that the two sites are using like Jetpack, and Squirrly on the one that works which don’t seem to be on the other. The issue can also be caused by the caching plugin you are using which is minifying the CSS and JavaScript files.

If the problem persists with ALL non SiteOrigin plugins disabled then we know that there may be an issue with one of the core php or CSS files, in which case I would ask you to try re-uploading Vantage premium.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Magus

I have done a full check through on all plugins and finally found which one caused the error.

It is the Faster Pagination plugin

Might be worth making a note of this plugin name incase someone else falls foul too!!

Many thanks for your help on this!
