Missing fields in emails – SiteOrigin contact form

Hi,
I use the Contact form widget provided by Page Builder on my web. The form I created has 7 fields : Name, lastname, email… I sent a message to test it but when I receved it there are only 5 information displayed : all except the first and last name

could you help me please ?

    Hi Sukhena,

    Unfortunately, the SiteOrigin Contact form only allows for a single name field at this time which is why only a single name field is being sent.
