We used to use an ’employees’ tab located on the dashboard to add new employees to our staff pages which would then link to a separate page with their picture and bio. After we upgraded to the latest version of wordpress, we no longer have the ’employees’ tab on the dashboard. There was a separate issue with our site after upgrading so we disabled each plug-in one at a time and then enabled them again. Is there a way to display the ’employees’ tab again? Thank you in advance.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Rachel

You’d need to figure out which theme or plugin was adding the Employees post type and then check to see if that theme or plugin is still activated and if it is, why it isn’t adding the post type. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t have been one of ours unless you were using the Custom Post Type Builder in SiteOrigin Premium.
