missing background color customizer option

Hello,

I’m trying to change the background color of my site and found this page:
https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/customizations/colors/

which states:
“Adjust the background color by navigating to Appearance > Customize > Color. Under the heading background color, click on the “Select Color” button.”

However, the only options I have under Appearance > Customize are:
* Set Title & Tagline
* Widgets
* Static Front Page

Is there something else I need in order to see this Customize option? This is on WP 4.0.1.

    I paid for/downloaded premium and it works. Is this supposed to be a premium only feature? The doc linked above doesn’t make any mention of this.

    Apologies for the hassle. The docs need to clearly mention what is free vs premium. It’s on the list to be rolled out soon.
