Hi,
I have updated page builder to version 2.2 (from version 2.1.5) and the theme AccessPress Parallax Pro to version 2.07 (from 1.11). I used to have AP:icon text widgets visible on the home parallax page here:http://veneerupdates.lightningbasehosted.com. I now have page builder blocks that have a message that reads:
Missing Widget The widget accesspress_pro_icon_text is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin.
I can add a new row and widget with a new AP:icon text widget and add new content. It just cannot remember the AP:icon text widgets that were there. The visual widgets still have their original content. How can I make page builder remember the old AP:icon text widgets?
The old theme (parallax pro version 1.11) works fine (activated alone or with child theme activated) with the updated page builder plugin (version 2.2)
I have deactivated every plugin except the page builder and the Black Studio TinyMCE Widget plugins( I deactivated that too temporarily even though the theme says it needs it, but it didn’t help)
I have also gone into settings/pagebuilder and enabled legacy bundled widgets (screen cap)
Can you please help me to understand how to make parallax pro and page builder work together, thank you.
Brian
Hi Brian
Thanks for the detailed explanation of what happened. Have you reached out to the theme authors yet? Ideally, this request should go over to them. Their widget is no longer showing up. I’m sure it’s a problem lots of other users have run into so they might already have a fix available.
