migration site cut my menu with Vantage activated

I have a site on WP 3.9.2 with Vantage that I migrating to another server for test. I do this many times, but now I have a strange problem.
On new host server my site work good but when I go to menu, I have all items ok, but when I press Save button with/without changes, then latest 3 parrent itmes disappear completely and Manage Location has reset from my menu.
On production server have Ubuntu 12.04 server and on test/new server have Ubuntu 14.04 server.
On another servers this dont happen (example. other Ubuntu 12 server or Wampp server on Windows).
Menu have 8 parent items with more than 20 submenus.
If activate another theme, then is not problem with save menu. When activate Vantage, then cut menu to 5 parent items and some submnu from items 5.
On short menus this dont happened.
Any ideea?

Problem I descibed has form configuration server and the problem has resoved simple but with many, many hours on Gogogle internet.
For any with this problem, need to activate on php.ini, variable max_input_vars and change it from default value to more than 2000. I set it to 2500.
Now all is ok.
