Migrate License from Pitch Premium to Vantage

Hi,
I noticed this was something commonly offered in other support threads and I’d like to take advantage of this. I didn’t see a way to simply email the request, however, so here it is. I just would like to migrate my Pitch Premium license over to Vantage. Thanks!

    Hi bobrozaieski

    Thanks for reaching out. Your license has been moved. Install Vantage Free from Appearance > Themes > Add New: Search. Once activated, head to Appearance > Vantage Premium, click Already Paid? top right and insert your same order number. If you need to retrieve that order number you can do so from here:

    Hi there,

    I purchased the premium license to use on a testing site, afterwhich I tried pasting the license number into the production site. However, it didn’t work. As such, I paid for one more license, pasted the number into the production site, and even that didn’t work. So now, I have two license numbers but neither is working on production… hope you can help!
