Metaslider doesn’t load next picture on mobile phone.

Hello, I’m having a problem with the meta slider on a mobile phone. It looks like it can’t load the second picture. The pictures a about 90kb in size, so i don’t think its the size. Can someone help me out?

    Hi Roy

    I can’t recreate the issue from my side, so I’m not entirely sure. Would it be possible for you to test this from a different mobile phone to double check if it’s not device related?

    Hello Greg,
    I check it on several mobile phones and i think it’s the size of the images. Too big for mobile phones. I read on the Metaslider site the you can make a second slide show with smaller size images and enter a shortcode like,
    [device][metaslider id=123][/device] [notdevice][metaslider id=456][/notdevice]
    But i don’t know in which .php i should enter this. Can you help me out?

    Hi Roy

    Sorry for the late reply here. We’ve created a child theme that lets you enter a custom shortcode, which is exactly what you’d need to use that shortcode you pasted.
