Meta Slider is not Responsive

By Micah Doban, 8 years ago. Last reply by Andrew Misplon, 8 years ago.

I’ve been plagued with this issue for a while now. My meta slider gets all wonky when I move from desktop to desktop or even from browser to browser. More specifically, my issue lies with the layers in my slider. On some browsers and desktops the layers are lined up perfectly and the text is spaced properly. However, on other browsers (like firefox) and other desktops (it seems to be ones with smaller screens) the text layers in my slider jumble together and are unreadable.

Could someone take a look at my site on both large and small screens as well as in different browsers (the site was built in Chrome and it seems to stay correct there). Another test you can perform is simply zooming in or out of the window with the site open. You will see everything “scale” except for the meta slider. I have a feeling the problem lies here but I’m not sure.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Micah

    Thanks for reaching out.

We, unfortunately, don’t spend much time working with the premium features of Meta Slider. Any basic usage questions and we’re here to help. Your premium Meta Slider purchase comes with premium support from the team at Matcha Labs. In most cases they’re able to get to the root of the problem at lot quicker than we would.

You can reach out to their support team here: https://www.metaslider.com/support/.

    Hope you’re able to resolve.
