Meta Slider Error File doesn’t exist? Check file permissions

I have reloaded Meta Slider and cleared my Caches images and files. I even tried using it on two different browsers IE and Google Chrome. I keep getting the same error message.

Meta Slider, when I try to upload any image I get ERROR File doesn’t exist? Check file permissions

I had loaded other images, changed the file name and still nothing with this plug-in. I can load the image in other parts of WordPress, but not this. This is stalling my blog process. Please help!
