Try this. If you navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.
body.responsive.layout-full #page-wrapper .metaslider .full-container, .layout-full #page-wrapper .metaslider .full-container { max-width: none !important; }Let me know the outcome

I tried it addo, I make my artworks 1920px X 900px and make my meta slider properties also to 1920px X 900px

To add button overlaying the meta slider, you’d need to look into a layer slides, kindly check http://www.metaslider.com/examples/layer-slides/.
