messed up my function php- vantage premium

Obviously new to this so I was following a friends instructions by entering a shortcode into the function php. I received this error and now the site is gone and I cant even access my wp-admin ti fix it. Didn’t back it up either as I just started last week…sigh

I unzipped file again and checked the function.php but it won’t let me copy and paste.

    Ouch! In general you never want to modify the actual theme files. Once you get slightly more familiar with WordPress, then you can start building your own child themes, but for now, it’s best to try do everything you need in the admin alone. Hopefully we can help you get to the next level though :)

    So the first thing you’ll want to do is log into your site’s FTP, navigate to wp-content/themes/ and delete the vantage folder. From there, just upload the theme again by navigating to Appearance > Themes and then clicking Add New. Just use the original Vantage Premium zip file.
