Menu text doesn’t fill entire menu

with my logo In the header menu contained and not constrained, the menu bar is not full size, as in the the letters are not at the bottom lined up with the logo in the header menu rather it at the top and the hover only covers half the header menu. When i adjust the padding the words just shrink and move to the top and when i make it bigger the whole header menu looks way too large and the menu bar still sits at the top. My goal here is to get my menu bar (letters and hover) to be lined up with my logo at the bottom of the header menu and to make my header menu smaller since my logo makes it too big (but when constrained it is so tiny its unreadable) My currents settings are the logo in menu option and a non-constrained logo. another question would be if anyone knows a way to upload font
