Menu Structure in Appearance Not Working

Can someone help me fix my menu structure? It won’t allow me to use its normal features, i.e., drag or click on up or down arrows (they are not showing) to remove a page, etc.

    Hi Marcel

    Sorry to hear about the hassle. You’d need to run a few standard troubleshooting steps here. The main idea behind this kind of testing is to remove everything you can until the problem resolves and then add elements back until it breaks again.

    1. Run any pending updates from Dashboard > Updates.
    2. De-activate all plugins and re-test. If the issue resolves, re-activate plugins one by one, each time testing the problem.
    3. If no luck with the above then test with a default theme like Twenty Thirteen with all plugins off.
    4. If item 3 doesn’t help then the problem lies with the WP core and you might need to consider re-install WordPress:
