I did a clean install of Turnkey Linux with WordPress.

I issued the command:
chown -R www-data /var/www/wordpress
to make WordPress editable

and added the line:
define(‘FS_METHOD’, ‘direct’);
to be able to update WordPress

I installed theme Influence and tried to disable the checkbox “Menu Overlaps Slider” on tab Home Page”. When I press “Save Settings” the checkbox is enabled again.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Electuur

    We’ve regrettably shipped 1.0.7 with a Settings checkbox bug. We’ll release an update to resolve this as soon as possible.

    Apologies for the hassle.

    Hi,

    I guess this is fixed now ’cause I can check and uncheck the box. Allthough, there is no difference in apparence on my webpage. I want the menu to overlap the slider and it doesn’t do that.

    Is there a problem? Can you help me please?

    Kind regards,
    Emma
