Menu overlaps on all Pages and when Printing

I’m a newbe to this website building and someone else built the Site (https://www.soarccsc.com).
The menu near the top of the page continues to show in the page whenever I scroll down. Also when printing, That menu prints in all the pages making subsequent pages impossible to read.
Appreciate all your help.

    Unfortunately, we aren’t in control of the theme’s header. It’ll be best to get in touch with the theme’s authors to see if they can lend a hand.
