Menu no responsive, even with premium theme

I have 3 websites with the same theme (I LOVE IT and my clients too!). The only problem is that the menu in one of the websites (www.orangeyork.com) is not responsive in phones/electronic devices.
How can it be fixed?

    Hi Lauratango

    Please navigate to Appearance->Theme Settings->Navigation and ensure that the mobile collapse point is set to at least 480.
