Menu issue on Vantage

Hello,

I just launch my DIY Website/blog. I am having issues with menu and is probably due to my lack of knowledge. I was wondering if you could do a review (I am not sure if this is available with my Vanatage Premium or not?). Also the responsive seems to not allow to go directly to certain pages.

Another question I have is about the theme being ready for monetization to add on ad space? Do I need a child theme to do monetize my site?
