Menu disappeared and cannot save new one

Menu suddenly showed every page and when I went to edit it I lost the ability to save it. I now have no menu.

Using Vantage premium

Tried deactivating all plugins — no difference.

Tried theme twenty-fifteen and twenty fourteen — no menu. Tried Twenty Thirteen and got the mess of every page on the menu.

Tried the WP.ORG suggestions of using FTP to rename plugin folder — nothing. Also suggestion of using a different browser — nothing.

Help please

    I have just checked your site and I have seen that the menu is back up. Did you have this solved?

    I deleted all the files. Re-installed a fresh WordPress, unzipped and FTP all uploads, then restored an old back-up. Works now. Thanks.
