Menu Bar width

Hi,

Two things:

1. How do I adjust the width of the menu bar buttons? Having a hard time fitting all the menu buttons on just 1 roll (www.thesoccertraining.com)

2. When we added BBPress & BuddyPress, we would like the user icon and comment icon to show up rather then the words “member” and “activity”?
